To our Scholarship and Community Service Award Honorees, Family and Counselors:
With regrets, and due to the unfortunate weather related events that has forced FBISD to close, we feel it necessary to cancel the Optimist Youth Appreciation Banquet scheduled for this evening 19th April at Sweetwater Country Club.
Due to this very busy time a year, we understand the difficulty in planning another evening with you, your parents and your school counselor, however, we are looking at the possibility of doing a smaller reception of some kind to honor you.
In any case, we will keep you posted as to any arrangements that we can come up with between now and the end of the school year.
